How to assure a product is organic?

All our products are certified Organic by major institutions such as : USDA-Organics  and EU Organics. We'll provide a copy of such certificate every time we ship an order.

Can I get a sample of the product before placing an order?

Yes, our sales team can arrange with you sending samples so you can be completely sure about the quality of the product before placing an order.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, each product has a different M.O.Q according to seasonality and destination. Our sales team will inform all these details and guide you in order to maximize your budget.

Can I get a better price if I purchase bigger volumes?

We can offer you better prices under several situations: higher volumes, payment in advance and when you collect directly from our facilities.

What happens if a shipment is late?

Regularly, we deliver on time but if something unexpected happens and your order arrives late we will offer you a discount on your next order. This way you are happy and we improve our metrics.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course, we will provide you a tracking number that you can use to see the progress of your order from start to end. Plus, your dedicated sales agent will be following up your order and will provide assistance by phone/email/whatsapp on a daily basis.
